OUR WORK
We’ve helped brands research new markets, rethink existing stores, launch new locations, create pop-ups and experiences, build stronger customer journeys, and find new ways to turn brand affinity into revenue.
Regan has collected numerous awards and accolades for our work, including “Best New Store” (Bethesda Magazine, 2022) for the athleisure boutique Flex All Day, and “Best Store” (DC Magazine, 2021) for the 20,000 sf multi-tenant concept store Concept 31/M.
CASE STUDIES
EuroBronze sunless tanning studios had already built an enviable business: two Washington, DC studios, a loyal client base, strong word of mouth, and an exceptional Net Promoter Score of 84. Clients trusted the team to deliver natural, long-lasting tans tailored to their skin tone, event, and timeline. But the brand surrounding that service hadn’t kept pace…
In collaboration with influencer Paige Lorenze and her lifestyle brand Dairy Boy, we produced a one-day experiential retail and coffee shop takeover at Ondo Bakery in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Located just steps from the University of Michigan campus, this activation transformed a beloved local bakery into an immersive expression of the Dairy Boy brand – complete with custom drinks, florals, pastries, and exclusive merch designed to reflect Paige’s whimsical aesthetic and connect with her highly engaged Gen Z audience.
Regan led the planning, buying, marketing and launch of 16 activewear boutiques across the country. Serving as retail project lead during new studio builds, we oversaw fixture design, buying and merchandising, and promotional marketing and events. Once each boutique opened, we transitioned to ongoing sales management for over $1.4 million in annual volume and consistently growing sales YOY.
In collaboration with beloved DMV Asian grocery staple Manila Mart, we conceptualized, launched, and managed a limited-edition apparel drop designed to celebrate their iconic kitchen menu and deeply rooted community presence. Centered around their famous "Hot Fresh Lumpia," the drop transformed a hyper-local culinary cult following into a high-demand streetwear capsule—combining custom apparel, targeted digital ad creative, and a high-FOMO e-commerce drop window that engaged loyal patrons and new customers across the region.

Huff Library. Despite its rich cultural history and strong sense of local pride, the neighborhood has long faced a challenge: most people - residents included - weren’t quite sure what to call it.
From October 2020 through March 2022, we led the design, development, and operations of an experiential retail concept in Washington, DC. The store, eventually named Concept 31/M for its location at the corner of 31st and M Streets, housed a variety…
