ABOUT REGAN AGENCY

We’re a retail consultancy that helps brands plan, launch, and grow their physical presence.

Our work sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer insight, brand, and the in-person experience. That means we can zoom out to help answer the bigger questions — where to grow, what customers want, why a store isn’t working — and zoom back in when it’s time to turn the strategy into something customers can actually see, visit, buy, and experience.

WHO WE WORK WITH

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

MEET BRIDGET

Regan Agency founder and principal Bridget Regan’s path into retail started in her mom’s flower shop near Pittsburgh, followed by her first job at JCPenney at just 14 years old. That sparked a lasting interest in how products, people, and brand all come together to shape the customer experience in physical spaces.

Over the past 20+ years, Bridget has worked across retail, brand strategy, experiential marketing, hospitality, and tech. Her career has included leading market expansion and retail operations for CorePower Yoga, overseeing major brand and experiential work for companies including Google, Hilton, Uber, Amazon, and YouTube, and developing retail and growth strategy for both global brands and emerging businesses.

She has also worked on the operator side as a product leader, COO, founder, and business builder, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to move from strategy to execution.

Bridget founded Regan Agency in 2020 to bring those disciplines together and help brands make smarter decisions about how they launch, grow, and show up in the physical world.
